In this workshop on impact mapping you will create a picture with stakeholders of the best way to follow to achieve a goal. In this way you lay a shared basis for prioritizing the activities in the wish list.
We start with the why question. What goal do we actually want to achieve? Then we discuss which stakeholders are affected and how this can help your team to bring the goal closer.
Then we get to work on what we need to do to make that happen. The result is that you and your team have an overview of the most important paths along which you can achieve your goals. You can then determine your priorities.
