In addition to general SAFe, Lean and Agile matters, we discuss the roles and responsibilities within the teams, managing backlogs, running sprints in SAFe, technical practices and planning a Program Increment (PI, period of 5 iterations/ 10 weeks).
As a person involved in an Agile Release Train (ART, team of Agile teams) you will also experience how you function in an Agile environment in which Scrum, Kanban and XP form the basis. We discuss planning and executing iterations. Thanks to the inspiring exercises in this training, your backpack is optimally filled to get started to make more of a difference within your Agile Release Train.
This training is aimed at everyone who works within one of the teams in an Agile Release Train, including in particular software developers, analysts, testers and subject matter experts.

Prior knowledge of agile principles and practices in general and SAFe basic knowledge is an advantage.
Theory and practice are treated and discussed in an interactive way in these training courses, whereby the common thread of the training is not lost sight of. Our trainers are very experienced SAFe Program Consultants and work in the field and have supervised various SAFe implementation processes at various large national organizations.
After following this training you will be able to put the above-mentioned topics of the training into practice and you will be able to successfully pass the exam.
The SAFe Practitioner (SP) exam is a 1,5 hour multiple choice exam with 45 questions. With 35 questions or more correct, the candidate has passed.
