AgilePM® Fasttrack will prepare you in 3 days for the internationally recognized Agile Practitioner certificate. During the training you will experience what it is like to take on the right role as a project manager or decision maker in a project environment between the various Agile teams and stakeholders. You practice with Agile tools, roles and practices to shape the collaboration in such a way that you bring the project to a successful conclusion.
Prerequisites and study load:
For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level. In addition to the 3 days of training (classroom or virtual), the preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 18 and 30 hours.
Project managers, leaders of steering group members and other substantive decision-makers who want to achieve better results in a project context with their teams. The AgilePM training is aimed at applying project management in an Agile environment. You get a clearer insight into how you keep your project on track while the teams work in an Agile way.
You must have experience with project management.
We offer you a guarantee that you will pass the exam. But we do expect something from you for this. You must have achieved all objectives (100%) in the memo trainer of the Lagant tutorial or the ExamTrainer®. In which you must answer at least 50 questions.

What should you do if you failed the exam?
Make a print screen of the exam result. Mail this to [email protected], (telephone number 0413 – 22 41 06). The planning department will inform you as a participant as soon as possible whether you meet the conditions and will send you the new exam voucher.
We offer you a guarantee that you will pass the exam. If you unexpectedly do not pass after the first attempt, Lagant will order a new voucher free of charge. In addition, you are eligible for 1 hour of free (extra) personal guidance from a Lagant trainer to answer possible questions and prepare you for your re-exam. But we do expect something from you for this, to be eligible for this, these conditions apply:
