During the AgilePM Practitioner training you will experience what it is like to take the right role as a project manager or decision maker in a project environment between the different Agile teams and stakeholders. You practice with Agile tools, roles and practices to shape the collaboration in such a way that together you can bring the project to a successful conclusion.
* Note: The Agile Project Management Handbook V2 (in English) is not included in this training. We assume that you already have this from the AgilePM Foundation training. If this is not the case, you must order this manual separately. Please contact us for this.
Prerequisites and study load:
For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level. In addition to the 2 days of training (classroom or virtual), the preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 10 and 15 hours.
