Some experience with participating in or supervising change processes within an organization is an advantage.
After completing this training, you will be well equipped to successfully lead and guide change processes. You now have a wide range of tools and skills at your disposal to apply change management effectively. In addition, you have developed a more refined insight into your personal role within the change process.
This training has also taught you how to deal effectively with resistance and how to create support for changes. You are now able to communicate your plans and proposals clearly within your organization.
Including the 3 training days, the total study load is approximately 60 hours.
The English Change Management Foundation exam is a 40-minute multiple choice exam with 50 questions.
With 25 questions or more correct, the candidate has passed.
