PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Training

As change guides we really want to help participants further with the successful execution of projects. We do not believe that you can achieve this by just teaching theory in the training days. Our trainer, an experienced PRINCE2 Agile project manager, makes the connection between theory and practice and ensures that the participants can practice ample time with PRINCE2 Agile during the classroom sessions. After all, you can also learn the theory from the supplied book and through our unique ExamTrainer® that lets you practice with the questions as you get them on your exam.

INSIDE KNOWLEDGE AND STUDY TAX
For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level. It is very helpful if you already have knowledge of PRINCE2. You must have obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certificate.
In addition to the 3 days of training (classroom or virtual), preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 20 and 30 hours.

This training is aimed at project leaders and project managers who have experience with PRINCE2 and preferably have obtained the PRINCE2 (Agile) Foundation certificate and want to expand their project management knowledge with knowledge about how to execute projects in Agile environments.

To participate in the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam, you must be in possession of one of the following certifications:

• PRINCE2 (Agile) Foundation certificate after January 1, 2009;
• Project Management Professional (PMP);
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM);
• IPMA Level A® (Certified Project Director);
• IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager);
• IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager);
• IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate).

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training is aimed at applying PRINCE2 in agile environments. The training covers how to tailor PRINCE2 for your (Agile) environment and also gives you the basic knowledge of Scrum, Kanban & Lean Startup.

This training leads to:

• Insight into how to tailor PRINCE2 for Agile environments;
• Knowledge of the Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup methodology;
• Insight into how you can apply PRINCE2 Agile to your projects;
• Possibly the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate.
