This training enables you to translate theoretical knowledge into practical applications, learning how to adapt and apply PRINCE2 to deliver successful project outcomes, manage risk effectively and engage stakeholders in the project management process
As change guides, we really want to help participants with the successful implementation of projects. We do not believe that you can achieve this by only covering theory in the training days. Our trainer, an experienced one PRINCE2 project manager, makes the connection between theory and practice and ensures that the participants can practice extensively with PRINCE2 during the classroom sessions. After all, you can also learn the theory from the supplied book and via our unique ExamTrainer® that lets you practice with the questions that you will also receive on your exam.

Prior knowledge and study load
For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level. You must have obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate.
In addition to the 3 days of training (classroom or virtual), preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 30 and 40 hours.*Note: The (e)book Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 7th edition is not included in this training.

You have already had the explanation of the theory during the PRINCE2 7th Foundation training and that is why this training focuses on applying PRINCE2 through practice-oriented assignments. These are set up around a central case and allow you to practice translating theory into practice.

Target audience
The training is suitable for anyone who, after the PRINCE2 7th Foundation training, wants to delve further into the application of project management and PRINCE2. Experience as a project leader is expected from the participants. The theory of PRINCE2 Foundation is assumed to be known. To take the exam, participants must have passed the PRINCE2 7th Foundation exam.
Result
The PRINCE2 7th Practitioner training is aimed at applying PRINCE2. You will gain a clearer understanding of the relationships between the principles, themes and processes of the method. The training offers more tools for applying PRINCE2 in practice.
This training leads to:
- Deepened insight into project-based working and project management.
- Knowledge of the PRINCE2 methodology up to the Practitioner level.
- Proficiency in applying PRINCE2.
