A good compass helps determine which things energy is being spent on. Not the first thing that comes along, but that which really takes you and your organization further.

It is at least as important that you perform well at the right times. The trick is to peak at the right times, to leave room for recovery and to prevent energy from leaking away unnecessarily.

We use a wide range of teaching methods: theory, practice, writing, reflection, experience. We pay a lot of attention to controlling and increasing energy levels. The basis for this is laid by consciously (learning to) deal with exercise and nutrition. It goes without saying that we will eat and exercise with attention during the training. We also look at the mental-emotional side of energy levels: purposefulness, focus, and awareness of the social context.

Learning objectives and topics

On day 1 we discuss the basic concepts around energy management, nutrition, exercise and rest. We discuss personal ambitions and meaning and we deepen the emotional and mental components of energy.

Day 2 is all about your personal change. With the knowledge of the basic concepts you determine where you can achieve profit. We guide you through a process in which you gradually arrive at very concrete rituals that you fit into your weekly agenda.

People who use the Fit for changeapply concepts, experience more energy and control. More fun at work. You learn to live “more intensively”, as it were, by consciously choosing moments that are valuable to you and then putting your full and best energy into it.
