This interactive online training contains many videos and exercises to ensure that you familiarize yourself with the Scrum method. With the popular ExamTrainer® you can practice extensively with questions, as you can expect on your exam. This Scrum training from Lagant works with a learning algorithm that keeps track of your study results. Based on these results, you know what you still need to do to master the Scrum technique and to be ready for the scrum.org exam.

Prior knowledge and study load

For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level. In addition to going through the self-study, which takes approximately 16 hours, a time investment of between 10 and 15 hours must be counted for the preparation for the exam.

This Scrum training is suitable for managers and team members who (will) work with the Scrum method. It is also suitable for professionals with a coaching role or who supervise one or more Scrum Teams.

After this training you have completely mastered the Scrum technique. And is ready for your team as a solid Professional Scrum master. You coach your team to success by facilitating them, empowering them and estimating the workload correctly.

After following this training you will be able to:

As an option, on all our online self-studies we offer the possibility to use an experienced trainer / coach who will guide you personally. This experienced trainer can discuss the theory with you and indicate how it is used in practice. You can also discuss any uncertainties about the material. Contact with a trainer is exclusively online or by telephone, 3 hours is reserved for this. The trainer will indicate after each contact how much of this time remains.

We offer you a guarantee that you will pass the exam. If you unexpectedly do not pass after the first attempt, Lagant will order a new voucher free of charge. In addition, you are eligible for 1 hour of free (extra) personal guidance from a Lagant trainer to answer possible questions and prepare you for your re-exam. But we do expect something from you for this, to be eligible for this, these conditions apply:

Exam guarantee conditions:

• You must have achieved all objectives (100%) in the memo trainer of the Lagant tutorial or the ExamTrainer®. Where you must have answered at least 50 questions;

• We provide a maximum of 1 (one) (extra) exam voucher per candidate per exam;

• Lagant is not responsible for the technique or technical failure of the exam environment and / or internet connection for remote exams.

What should you do if you failed the exam?
If you have not passed the exam, you can make a print screen of your exam result. You mail this to [email protected]. If you meet all the conditions, Lagant will send you a new exam voucher and we will contact you to schedule the hour of extra personal guidance.
