E-learning PRINCE2® Foundation 7th edition

In just a few months you will learn, at your own pace, the PRINCE2® method to apply. This Lagant Online Tutorial is officially accredited by PeopleCert. We have ensured that you can go through this training efficiently and practically. You learn to apply the PRINCE2® methodology directly in your work.

The following topics are covered in the PRINCE2® Online Self-study:

• An organized and controlled start of projects through planning and organizing.
• Keep projects organized and controlled.
• Manage a controlled closure of projects.
• The processes of the PRINCE2® method.
• Sustainability, commercial management and digital data management.

For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level.
For the preparation for the exam, a time investment should be counted between 30 and 50 hours.

Whether you are a project employee, project leader or (future) project manager, the PRINCE2 Foundation training is intended for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the PRINCE2 method or project management.

Specific experience as a project manager is not necessary. Although it is nice for you if you have basic knowledge in the field of project-based working and can handle an HBO work and thinking level.

After successfully completing this e-learning, candidates will have gained insight into the PRINCE2 method and a solid knowledge of the PRINCE2 components. You will also be better able to fulfill your role within the (PRINCE2) project successfully.

As an option, on all our online self-studies we offer the possibility to use an experienced trainer / coach who will guide you personally. This experienced trainer can discuss the theory with you and indicate how it is used in practice. You can also discuss any uncertainties about the material. Contact with a trainer is exclusively online or by telephone, 3 hours is reserved for this. The trainer will indicate after each contact how much of this time remains.

We offer you a guarantee that you will pass the exam. If you unexpectedly do not pass after the first attempt, Lagant will order a new voucher free of charge. In addition, you are eligible for 1 hour of free (extra) personal guidance from a Lagant trainer to answer possible questions and prepare you for your re-exam. But we do expect something from you for this, to be eligible for this, these conditions apply:

Exam guarantee conditions:

• You must have achieved all objectives (100%) in the memo trainer of the Lagant tutorial or the ExamTrainer®. Where you must have answered at least 50 questions;
• You must take the exam within 2 (two) weeks after the last practice in the ExamTrainer® or memo trainer of the Lagant self-study;
• We provide a maximum of 1 (one) (extra) exam voucher per candidate per exam;
• We provide a maximum of 1 (one) hour of extra personal guidance per candidate per exam;
• Lagant is not responsible for the technique or technical failure of the exam environment and / or internet connection for remote exams.

What should you do if you failed the exam?

If you have not passed the exam, you can make a print screen of your exam result. You mail this to [email protected]. If you meet all the conditions, Lagant will send you a new exam voucher and we will contact you to schedule the hour of extra personal guidance.
