Agile leadership track

Leading autonomous teams within an agile environment requires creating the right balance between freedom and responsibility. Autonomous teams are only successful when an environment of involvement, ownership and decisiveness is facilitated to achieve great results for the customer. And that is exactly what agile leadership is about.

Agile is not something you do, it is something you live through.

As a manager you are responsible for the people in the teams, their development, cooperation and often also the structure and results. But how do you lead autonomous teams?
Do you notice that this requires a different leadership style than before? Do you want to help the organization, the teams and yourself further in the growth towards an agile organization with the focus on delivering customer value? Then the Agile Leadership Track is for you.

Agile Leadership

It is about acting from a certain mindset and corresponding behavior in order to add as much value as possible together with the teams with and for the customer. “From now on we will work agile” does not exist. This change process requires time and attention.

Agile is about building strong, self-managing teams. Teams that dare and are allowed to take ownership. It is human to fall back on old familiar patterns. This applies to every team, from the operations to the management team and from internal teams to the teams at the customer. And therein lies the added value of Agile leadership.

Agile leadership is about creating a learning organization and creating a culture that emphasizes the expertise of the teams and accelerates the internal organization to jointly achieve the organizational goals.

The Agile Leadership Track is always tailor-made and takes place in-company.
