Get to know the GROW Compass Organization during an in-company workshop.
An online questionnaire is sent out prior to the workshop, which generates the GROW Compass.
During the workshop we discuss the underlying Service Excellence framework. The GROWTH Compass provides insight into how the organizational culture and organizational structure contribute to the objectives of becoming a customer-oriented and agile organization at this point in time.
The four result areas and nine building blocks contained in the GROWING Compass are discussed during this workshop. These insights can help to sharpen the change ambitions or to adjust them where necessary.
