Management teams provide a stimulating environment and coherence in the activities in the organization to fulfill the purpose of the company. We use five perspectives. Namely, team learning, transparency, improvement, collaboration and customer value. With this we bring MTs from A to Better. We guide MTs to achieve this. We do that a little differently.
The teams get to work under the supervision of a coach. The coach prepares workshops in consultation with the client. The coach facilitates the workshops, while the client is responsible for the content. The teams make their own scans on the spot, using interactive worksheets. This creates insight and support between the participants, so that changes are more accepted. Changes do not feel imposed, because they come from the participants themselves. (We really don't make reports that aren't read anyway.)
We allow patterns to be experienced and lead the discussion about the consequences. We make patterns transparent through systems thinking. We believe in the Lagant manifesto, where we consider "letting experience more important than sharing knowledge". We find questions and understanding more important than advice. Because changes must be supported and implemented by our customers themselves. We contribute to this with Lagant, Change Guides.
