I am very pleased with the training. Good interaction during the sessions with fun energizer(s). Theory and models are discussed through case studies.
Interesting training and delivered in a fun way. Perhaps it would be good to refer back to the structure a little more now and then: We are now discussing this model, which belongs to this topic and to this phase of the training.
The energizers were fun in between. Very interactive which keeps your attention. Sometimes a bit confusing because it is mixed up or explained in a detour. Perhaps use a different case to better apply the theory.

How do I ensure that Lean or Lean Six Sigma really sticks in the daily work processes?
The success of Lean or Lean Six Sigma depends on how well the improvements are embedded in the daily work. Start with small, achievable 'quick wins' and actively celebrate those successes with the team. Make processes and improvement steps visual (for example with a Kaizen board). This way everyone sees the progress and it becomes a fixed habit for your colleagues, instead of a one-off project.
How do I get management and directors on board with a continuous improvement culture?
Without management support, a change process will quickly get bogged down. Clearly explain how Lean or Change Management can not only save costs, but also increase customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Indicate what the return on investment (ROI) is and why this fits the strategy of the organization. This makes it clear to decision makers that this approach is more than just hype.
How do I create and maintain support among employees who are afraid of extra work or job loss?
Resistance often arises from uncertainty. Be transparent about the objectives of the change and ensure open communication. Actively involve employees in the improvement process, let them think along and share their successes. Make sure they feel heard and see what benefit the change brings them, for example less repetitive work or better cooperation.
How do I demonstrably measure and demonstrate the results of improvements?
Set clear KPIs in advance: think of lead times, error rates or customer satisfaction. Measuring is knowing, so collect accurate data and use dashboards or reports to show progress. Always link the figures back to the original situation, so that you can present a 'before and after'. This way you create support and increase the chance that changes will be continued.
What can I do to achieve sustainable anchoring, so that we do not fall back into old habits?
Ensure that new working methods are included in standard procedures and work instructions. Offer structured training or refresher courses so that employees keep their knowledge and skills up to date. In addition, make role divisions clear: who monitors progress, who is responsible for updates? This governance prevents improvements from being diluted over time.
