I am very pleased with the training. Good interaction during the sessions with fun energizer(s). Theory and models are discussed through case studies.
Interesting training and delivered in a fun way. Perhaps it would be good to refer back to the structure a little more now and then: We are now discussing this model, which belongs to this topic and to this phase of the training.
The energizers were fun in between. Very interactive which keeps your attention. Sometimes a bit confusing because it is mixed up or explained in a detour. Perhaps use a different case to better apply the theory.

What do I learn in a time management training?
You will learn to work smarter by setting priorities and managing time more effectively.
Is time management also suitable for teams?
Yes, the principles can be applied both individually and in teams.
Which certifications can I combine with leadership training?
Many professionals combine NLP with Agile Coaching or Change Management.
What if I'm not sure which training is right for me?
Our trainers are happy to help you make the right choice based on your goals.
How do I prioritize and keep track of my tasks (time management)?
Often the agenda is overcrowded and all attention goes to 'putting out fires'. Focus first on what is really urgent and important. Make a daily or weekly schedule with blocks for focus work, and be critical of meetings. By also planning realistically and clustering tasks, you prevent having to switch between them all the time. This way you keep peace in your head and in your agenda.
How do I ensure support for changes in my team?
Successful change management is all about good communication and commitment. Don't just share the 'what' of the change, but also the 'why'. Let team members think about the approach and give them space to ask questions. Real commitment comes when everyone sees how the change contributes to their job satisfaction, efficiency or growth.
How do I build an open feedback culture without causing conflict?
Giving and receiving feedback is exciting, but essential for growth. Make agreements about how you give feedback: concrete, focused on behavior and with an eye for the person. Plan fixed feedback moments, for example in retrospectives or 1-on-1 conversations. Teach your team to see feedback as a gift for personal development, not as criticism of their entire person.
How do I create connectedness in a hybrid or remote work environment?
Out of sight doesn’t have to mean out of mind. Schedule regular check-ins, both formal (stand-ups) and informal (video coffee chats). Encourage collaboration in small groups or pairs so team members continue to know and understand each other. Scheduling occasional physical meetings also helps to reinforce a sense of togetherness.
How do I develop my own leadership style and vision?
Leadership is personal — not one-size-fits-all. Ask yourself what your core values are and what example you want to set. This will help you create a vision that suits you and inspires you. Keep talking to your team: ask for feedback on your leadership style and remain open to adjustments. An authentic leader with a clear mission makes a lasting impact.
