I recently followed the Prince2 foundation & practitioner training at Lagant. The amount of theory was a bit overwhelming at first, but the trainer managed to keep it manageable by zooming in on the most important aspects and providing practical examples. I obtained both certifications in one go. In addition, he later helped us with applying the theory in practice within my team and organization, which was very nice!

The training was arranged through my employer. I am very pleased with trainer Marcel Foederer. He explains clearly and understandably and takes the time for questions and practical examples.
The Peoplecert PowerPoint contained some errors here and there (language/answer options).

Participated in a two-day live training at Lagan in Amersfoort for PRINCE2. The first day of training was in January, but due to illness I had to participate in a later second training day in April and this was given by a different trainer. My two other colleagues had already followed their 1st training with Marcel Foederer with excellent guidance, structure and targeted explanations. I was very happy to participate in his second course and receive practical advice. He guided the whole team through the dry theory in a very good interactive way with good energy, which made the whole team feel more confident taking the test and already knew what we needed to do and look at to pass and use this method in our work. The follow-up guidance and support options were also highly appreciated.

The two days of the course were well organized. It is nice that there is flexibility in the training program, which allows room to make the training more or less intensive. The trainer was friendly, motivated and involved.

In 2 days of training, Jeroen guided us through the theory of Prince2. Jeroen comes across as an experienced trainer who has a good command of the material. Because it is a lot of theory for 2 days, he went through the theory very quickly. The theory consists of many terms that are often very similar but mean something slightly different. This makes it difficult for me to separate them and place them among the various phases and processes in which they occur. I would have liked a visual overview of all the main ones and where they are used. Jeroen uses ~100 slides with a lot of information. I think the presentation of the slides could be made much nicer (more modern). And it was shortened a lot, we skipped many slides. I find the home study that Lagant offers very positive. This allows me to complete assignments and practice with exam questions every day. We will see whether all this will be enough to successfully complete the exam. In the follow-up Prince2 Practitioner training, I hope to pick up more tips and tools that I can use in my daily work.

Interesting training, unfortunately 1 day of practice is not enough in my opinion. It's good that the (Tata) practice is used as an example.
Trainers are enthusiastic and gifted.
After I successfully completed my Prince2 Foundation training, I immediately started with the Practioner's. We also really enjoyed this training. Jeroen is a great trainer with a lot of know-how!
I am satisfied with the training. However, the room was less pleasant, no air exchange and too warm, which did not improve concentration. Lunch was fantastic.
Training took place physically, which I really liked. Jeroen Ykema takes you well into the content, also using assignments. In addition to interacting with the other participants, this allows you to immediately apply the theory. Good preparation for the exam!
