Plant talent?
You are an expert at making systems work for you. You are long past all that manual hassle. You know how to find your way in our system at your fingertips, for example to process new registrations for training courses, to initiate shifts and cancellations, to conduct the necessary communication and to keep all information up to date. Is that all you do then? Luckily not!

By handling requests and other questions personally, pleasantly and accurately, you are the voice and face for our students. You offer customers help and solutions, no question is too crazy for you. Surprising service is what you do!

Not only do you plan new training courses in the schedule, but you are also the one who ensures that all marketing and sales actions are set up well in time and carried out by the right colleagues. You can chase like the best!

Your profile
You are able to offer every visitor, physically and online, the coolest and most surprising experience. You are able to continuously improve yourself, processes and working methods, you take initiatives to that end.

  • You have demonstrable relevant work experience, preferably at a training agency.
  • You see opportunities, are people-oriented and have a commercial attitude.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  • You are accurate, you take responsibility, you keep a hectic overview and you like to deal with matters directly.
  • You are available at least 24 hours a week and you have the necessary flexibility. You like to work in the office, but you can also do your thing from home.
  • In possession of a B driving license.
  • You have the necessary knowledge of Office 365 and AFAS.
  • Salary indication: between € 2.400 and € 2.600 based on 40 hours and experience.

Type of employment: Part-time, permanent job
Part-time hours: 24 a week
Salary: Up to €2.600,00 per month
Additional payments: Holiday pay
Working conditions: Travel allowance
Work schedule: Mon-Fri
