  • Account Manager (Van Aetsveld)

    As an Account Manager, you are the point of contact for our customers. You help them solve change issues at the intersection of Business and IT, by deploying our Result Directors: experienced professionals who act as Project Manager, Program Manager or Management Consultant.

    You work with existing clients as well as building new client relationships. You know how to convincingly position Van Aetsveld/Lagant as the partner for change assignments. You translate client needs into our services and ensure that the right expert is deployed in the right place. Building sustainable relationships is central to this.

    As a commercially responsible person for both sales and marketing, you focus on the following core tasks:

    • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
    • Actively developing new customer relationships
    • Drawing up quotations and contracts based on customer requests
    • Matching and deploying Result Directors on assignments
    • Assignment management, including periodic evaluations together with the client
    • Realizing commercial objectives (such as turnover growth and customer satisfaction)
    • Keeping customer and sales information up to date in the CRM system
    • Initiating and executing (online) marketing activities
    • Organizing customer and network events
    • Involving Result Directors in the sales process and customer conversations

    Who are you?

    • You have at least 10 years of experience as an Account Manager in a similar role
    • You have a relevant and active network
    • You have an affinity with (ICT) Project and Change Management

  • JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER / RESULT DIRECTOR (32-40 HOURS)
