- How do you integrate SAFe Lean-Agile principles and values to your role as Product Owner or Product Manager roles;
- What does the role of a Product Owner and Product Manager look like;
- How do you put the customer at the center of your process from initial research to a working solution in production;
- How do you plan a Program Increment (period of 5 iterations/10 weeks) together with all teams of your Agile Release Train and how do you prepare this planning;
- How do you get from Epics and Capabilities (desires at portfolio and Large Solution level) to Features to Stories (desires at team level);
- How do you work with Business Owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and how do you involve teams in the process of estimating work.
Result
After following this training you will be able to put the above-mentioned topics of the training into practice and you will be able to successfully pass the exam.
You are able to optimally fulfill the tactically important roles of the SAFe Product Owner and SAFe Product Manager within the SAFe.
The exam
The SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager is a 1,5 hour multiple choice exam with 45 questions. With 35 questions or more correct, the candidate has passed.
