Planning & Support Employee
Your friends always ask you to plan their weekend trips. It makes sense, because you're the best at keeping things organized. Organizing is your thing, just like truly connecting with the people around you.

- Planning and scheduling training sessions
- Processing registrations and changes
- Communication with teachers and students
- Managing and keeping information in our systems up to date
Are you ambitious and eager to grow within our company? Great! Your role can eventually be expanded to include administrative and process support for the holding company. There's plenty of room for growth.
What you'll learn
With us, you'll truly grow. We organize monthly knowledge sessions, covering everything from AI to LinkedIn, from time management to presenting. Food is included. You choose where you go.
We invest in your development. Want to take a training course? We can. Or pick up new skills? Just ask. We see your growth as a fixed part of our work, not something you can afford.
And in concrete terms? In a year, you'll know exactly how systems like AFAS work. You'll understand how to organize training from start to finish. And you'll have learned how to improve processes. And of course: this is us!
At Lagant, we believe it's important to leave a better world behind. By putting the right people in the right positions and making the most of talent. Because waste is a shame! We do this by supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in project and change management through training. Growth is our priority – for our clients and for you.
