Fun and informative training by an enthusiastic trainer. The theory was alternated with videos, kahoots and other practical matters. Learned a lot that I can put into practice right away. And of course had a delicious lunch.

Good training where theory is alternated with fun and educational interactive exercises. All this is given by an inspiring and experienced trainer who can translate theory into practice.

The flexibility and calmness of the trainer was very nice and created a comfortable atmosphere in which I could learn well. The interaction was also good.
