In our SAFe Release Train Engineer training, the participants discover together the strengths and pitfalls of SAFe. All elements of this Scaled Lean-Agile organizational approach at the level of an Agile Release Train are playfully interwoven in this interactive training. Together you will look for the mission of the Release Train Engineer in SAFe: we jointly look at both the planning process and continuous improvement. You will experience what it is like to play the role of Release Train Engineer in a large-scale Lean-Agile environment and how to set up and manage an Agile Release Train. You also do experiential exercises that allow you to look at the role of Release Train Engineer in realizing business agility in a different way.

The SAFe RTE is a 2-hour multiple choice exam with 60 questions. With 44 questions or more correct, the candidate has passed.
