IPMA® C E-learning

With the IPMA C Online Self-study it is possible to study at your own pace, when it suits you. The tutorial contains the full IPMA Compact e-book, many videos and exercises to help you master the material. The self-study also contains the popular ExamTrainer with which you can practice extensively with questions as you can expect on your exam. Furthermore, the self-study keeps track of your study results so that you can determine, based on these results, what you still need to do to be ready for your exam.

For the preparation for the exam, a time investment should be counted between 70 and 90 hours.

The self-study is suitable for project managers and project leaders with approximately three years or more experience. Knowledge of a method such as PRINCE2 in advance is an advantage but not a requirement. If you are unsure whether this training is suitable for you, please contact us. After this training, the candidates have gained insight into IPMA and a solid knowledge of the IPMA Competences. You will also be better able to fulfill your role within the project successfully.

After this training:

• You have knowledge of the definitions of a project, project management and program management;
• You know the project phases and organization within projects;
• Masters your methods and techniques for project planning and control and quality control;
• You have knowledge of budgeting and finance within a project;
• You master the basic principles of project management and project teams
• Are you optimally prepared for the IPMA C theory exam.

As an option, on all our online self-studies we offer the possibility to use an experienced trainer / coach who will guide you personally. This experienced trainer can discuss the theory with you and indicate how it is used in practice. You can also discuss any uncertainties about the material. Contact with a trainer is exclusively online or by telephone, 3 hours is reserved for this. The trainer will indicate after each contact how much of this time remains.

The IPMA C theory exam must be requested by the candidate at IPMA Certification Netherlands.
