Anyone who wants to independently implement (smaller) improvement projects or be a team member in larger Lean Six Sigma projects led by a Black Belt or Master Black Belt.

As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, you are well equipped to tackle more complex improvement projects, make data-driven decisions and play a leading role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in an organization.

You can successfully implement changes and achieve demonstrable results in the field of process optimization and quality improvement.

After this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt e-learning you will be able to:

• Take the lead in Lean Six Sigma projects:
  As a Green Belt you have a thorough understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, including the DMAIC approach. You are able to act as a project leader and guide team members through the different phases of an improvement project.

• Perform advanced statistical analysis:
  You have a deeper knowledge of statistical tools and techniques than a Yellow Belt. This enables you to perform more complex data analysis and gain deeper insights into process performance and root causes of problems.

• Make data-driven decisions:
  As a Green Belt, you use data to make well-considered decisions in the improvement project. You can collect, analyze and interpret reliable data to identify and implement the best solutions.

• Identify and analyze problems in processes:
  You are able to recognize the most important problems and bottlenecks in processes. Using tools such as root cause analysis and hypothesis testing, you can uncover the underlying causes of problems.

• Develop and implement improvement proposals:
  As a Green Belt you can develop effective and feasible improvement proposals based on data and analyses. You have the skills to present these proposals to stakeholders and assist in their implementation.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders:
  You can communicate well with team members, managers and other stakeholders. You understand how to involve others in improvement projects and support them in implementing changes.

• Processes to monitor and control:
  As a Green Belt you can implement measures to ensure that the improvements in processes are maintained and that the desired results are achieved. You have a good understanding of process control and continuous monitoring.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement:
  After passing the Green Belt exam, you can encourage a proactive attitude and promote a culture of continuous improvement within an organization. You understand the importance of applying Lean Six Sigma methods and tools to ensure efficiency and quality.

This supervisor will go through the theory with you and show you how it is applied in practice.
Of course you can also submit your questions.

Guidance with the trainer takes place exclusively online or by telephone, with 3 hours available for this guidance session.
This way you can optimally benefit from the expertise of the trainer and develop yourself further in the field.

DThe total study load of this e-learning is approximately 120 hours.

The online Dutch multiple choice open book exam takes 120 minutes and contains 50 questions of which you must have answered at least 35 correctly.

Free resit if you don't pass the first time.

After successfully completing the theoretical exam, you are ready for the next step: the practical certification!
This is the opportunity to show what you really have to offer and apply the learned theory to a concrete improvement project.

The LSSC practical assignment ensures that the knowledge acquired during the training is immediately applied in practice.
The practical assignment is discussed in advance (email with a presentation of your assignment) with the teacher/trainer and after approval you start with your practical assignment.

After each phase of the DMAIC there is a so-called Tollgate.
In a Tollgate review you feed back the results of phase D,M,A,I to your client.
During these Tollgates, the project is briefly discussed (4 x maximum 30 minutes) (Teams, Zoom) with an experienced Master Black Belt.
It is also checked whether all activities and associated documents have been completed.
You can prepare yourself for this through a short presentation and you will immediately receive an answer whether it will be a GO or NO/GO to continue to the next phase.

In short, the practical certification offers you the opportunity to shine and show how Six Sigma works in practice.
With the guidance of an experienced Master Black Belt and the recognition of the examination committee, you are on your way to official proof of your competence as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
