These more complex delivery models bring challenges that SIAM offers an answer to. SIAM includes governance, management, integration, assurance and coordination to ensure that the client organization gets maximum value from its service providers.

During this 4-day SIAM Professional training you will receive a comprehensive overview of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and how you can apply it effectively within organizations.
We'll start by exploring the SIAM framework and the fundamental principles that underpin it.
We then focus on strategic approaches to implementation and stakeholder engagement.
We then dive deeper into operational processes, such as incident management and change management, within the SIAM framework.
Finally, we discuss governance structures and change management to ensure successful implementation.
During the training, practice exam questions are also discussed in preparation for the SIAM Foundation exam.
The SIAM Professional training is spread over 3 full training days, scheduled from 9.00:17.00 AM to 2:80 PM. Between these days there is a period of at least XNUMX weeks for self-study and preparation. After the training days, half a day is planned in consultation with the students for the final presentation, followed by half a day for the exam. The total study load for the SIAM Professional training is approximately XNUMX hours, depending on your prior knowledge. This time is needed to review the course material, complete homework assignments, prepare the final presentation and prepare for the exam.
