As an Obeya Host, you're the key to effective Obeya. In this training, you'll learn how to facilitate sessions, foster meaningful dialogue, and help teams make collaborative decisions. Internationally recognized certificate

After completion you can take an exam for the official Obeya Fundamentals Certificate of the Obeya Association. This certificate is internationally recognized and included in the price of the training.     No, that is not necessary. For the Obeya Fundamentals training no specific prior knowledge is required. Builder en Host training courses, the Obeya Fundamentals certificate is a requirement.
