Training PRINCE2® Foundation 7th edition

As change guides, we really want to help participants successfully carry out projects. We do not believe that you can achieve this by only covering theory during the training days. Our trainer, an experienced PRINCE2 project manager, makes the connection between theory and practice and ensures that participants have plenty of practice with PRINCE2 during the classroom sessions. You can also learn the theory from the supplied book and via our unique ExamTrainer® that lets you practice with the questions you will receive on your exam.

INSIDE KNOWLEDGE AND STUDY TAX
For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level.
In addition to the 2 days of training (classroom or virtual), preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 15 and 25 hours.

• Background and structure of the PRINCE2 method;
• Deepening in the processes, themes, roles and techniques;
• Roles and Responsibilities;
• Dealing with risks and changes;
• Extensive practice with the material on the basis of a case;
• Tailoring PRINCE2 for your project;
• Preparation for the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam (60 questions; with >60% correct answers you pass);
• Exam tips.

Whether you are a project employee, project leader or (prospective) project manager, the PRINCE2 Foundation training is intended for anyone who wants to learn more about the PRINCE2 method or project management.

Specific experience as a project manager is not necessary. Although it is nice for you if you have basic knowledge in the field of project-based working and can handle an HBO work and thinking level.

After this training, the candidates have gained insight into the PRINCE2 method and a solid knowledge of the PRINCE2 components. You will also be better able to fulfill your role within the (PRINCE2) project successfully.

• We provide a maximum of 1 (one) (extra) exam voucher per candidate per exam;
• We provide a maximum of 1 (one) hour of extra personal guidance per candidate per exam;
• Lagant is not responsible for the technique or technical failure of the exam environment and / or internet connection for remote exams.

What should you do if you failed the exam?

If you have not passed the exam, you can make a print screen of your exam result. You mail this to [email protected]. If you meet all the conditions, Lagant will send you a new exam voucher and we will contact you to schedule the hour of extra personal guidance.
