The trainer guided the whole team through the dry theory in a very good interactive way with good energy, which made the whole team feel more confident taking the test.
The two days of training were well taken care of. It is nice that there is flexibility in the training program, which allows room to make the training more or less intensive.
Followed the PRINCE2 Foundation training online. Lagant was easy to reach for questions. I found the possibility of doing a written exam on location at Lagant very pleasant.

Do I need prior knowledge for AI training?
No prior knowledge is required for our e-learnings. For the classroom-based AI-Powered Project Management Workshop, experience as a project leader or project manager is required, plus a general knowledge of AI literacy.
Isn't AI just a hype that will blow over?
No. AI builds on decades of development and has been firmly embedded in the way knowledge work is done since 2022. The European AI Regulation also institutionalizes this position legally. Not learning is more expensive than learning.
Will AI replace me as a project manager in the future?
No, and that is not reassuring, but a sober observation. AI excels at text, analysis, and patterns, but is poor at judgment, stakeholder management, leadership, and taking responsibility. The project manager who deploys AI does replace the project manager who does not.
Should I be worried about the AI Act?
Not if you take note of it and adapt your working methods accordingly, which is precisely one of the components of our training courses.
