The program IPMA PMO C certificate is intended for experienced PMO professionals who demonstrably contribute to the successful functioning of projects, programs, and portfolios. The certificate focuses on professionally organizing, supporting, and improving project management and decision-making within organizations.
The certification is based on the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline (ICB) and assesses competencies within three domains:
