Lean Green Belt theory certification
With the Lean Green Belt exam, you demonstrate that you can independently manage Lean improvement projects. You show that you identify improvement opportunities, structure processes using tools such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping, and lead an improvement project from start to sustainability.

Agile & ScrumExam format: The exam consists of two parts: a theory exam and a practical certification . For the practical part, you carry out a Lean improvement project at Green Belt level, in accordance with the ISO 18404 criteria for Lean Practitioner. Both parts are administered by the Lean Six Sigma Academy (LSSA).
Certificate: Internationally recognized LSSA Lean Green Belt certificate.
