De MSP® Foundation Online Self-Study is a solution for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the MSP program management method, but does not want to follow a classroom training. The MSP Foundation Online Self-Study is fully accredited by PeopleCert and therefore meets the strict international quality requirements. After completing the self-study, you will be optimally prepared for the MSP Foundation exam.

With the MSP Foundation Online Self-study allows you to study at your own pace, whenever it suits you. The self-study contains the complete MSP Compact e-book, many videos and exercises to ensure that you master the material. The self-study also contains the popular ExamTrainer with which you can practice extensively with questions that you can expect on your exam. Furthermore, the self-study keeps track of your study results so that you can use these results to determine what you still need to do to be ready for your exam.

  • Prior knowledge and study load

    No special prior knowledge is required for this self-study MSP Foundation, but we recommend HBO work and thinking level. It helps if you already have some knowledge of project management and/or PRINCE2.
    For the preparation for the exam, a time investment should be counted between 35 and 50 hours.

  • Target audience

    Whether you are part of a program or are a (future) program manager, the MSP Foundation Online Self-study is intended for anyone who wants to delve into the MSP method or program management.

    Specific experience as a project manager or program manager is not necessary. Although it is nice for you if you have basic knowledge in the field of project management and can handle a higher vocational education level of work and thinking.

  • Result

    When you have completed this self-study, you will have gained insight into the MSP method and a solid knowledge of the MSP components. You are also well prepared for the MSP Foundation exam.

  • Workshop Leading

    As an option, on all our online self-studies we offer the possibility to use an experienced trainer / coach who will guide you personally. This experienced trainer can discuss the theory with you and indicate how it is used in practice. You can also discuss any uncertainties about the material. Contact with a trainer is exclusively online or by telephone, 3 hours is reserved for this. The trainer will indicate after each contact how much of this time remains.

  • The Lagant Exam Guarantee – Your extra security

    Exam guarantee conditions

    Classroom training
    To qualify for exam guarantee for classroom training:

    • You attended all meetings
    • You have completed the full e-learning (= teaching material), including:
      • All practice exams;
      • Minimum 75 questions in the memory trainer, with an average score of at least 80%;
      • In the e-learning, the Objectives, Activities and Retention components are set to 100%.
    • You take the exam within 2 weeks after the last time you practice in the ExamTrainer®/memotrainer.

    E-Learning
    Are you only following e-learning? Then the exam guarantee applies if you:

    • You have ordered and completed the self-study including 3 hours of personal teacher guidance;
    • You have completed the full e-learning, including:
      • All practice exams;
      • Minimum 75 questions in the memory trainer, with an average score of at least 80%;
      • In the e-learning, the Objectives, Activities and Retention components are set to 100%.
    • You take the exam within 2 weeks after the last time you practice in the ExamTrainer®/memotrainer.

    What do you get with exam guarantee?

    • A free second exam voucher if you do not pass the first time (maximum one per candidate);
    • 1 hour of extra personal guidance by a trainer to optimally prepare you for your re-exam (maximum one per candidate).

  • Our service for e-learning modules

    Our e-learning modules are intended for independent use and offer clear explanations, assignments and teaching materials. You can optionally order teacher guidance with your purchase for substantive teacher support and feedback.
