As a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, you have the knowledge to participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives within an organization.

You understand the basic principles and tools of Lean Six Sigma and can perform simple analysis to improve processes and contribute to a culture of continuous growth and efficiency in an organization.

After this Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt e-learning you will be able to:

• Understand basic principles of Lean Six Sigma:
  As a Yellow Belt, you have a good understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. You know the objectives of Lean (reduce waste) and Six Sigma (improve quality) and understand how these approaches complement each other.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects:
  You are able to participate as an active team member in Lean Six Sigma projects led by a Green Belt or Black Belt. You can make a valuable contribution to the project team in collecting and analyzing data and implementing improvements.
• Perform simple process analyses:
  As a Yellow Belt, you can perform basic process analysis using tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and SIPOC diagrams. It allows you to understand the current state of a process and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Identify problems and make suggestions for improvement:
  You can recognize problems in processes and make simple suggestions for improvement. While you won't cover statistical techniques as in-depth as a Green Belt, you can still analyze problem areas and suggest opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement:
  After completing the e-learning you will be able to understand and apply the values ​​of continuous improvement. You can become aware of waste in processes and adopt a proactive attitude in identifying opportunities for improvement in your work environment.

We offer you the option of using an experienced trainer/coach who will guide you personally.
This experienced trainer can discuss the theory with you and indicate how it is used in practice.

The total study load of this e-learning is approximately 32 hours.

The online Dutch multiple choice open book exam takes 60 minutes and contains 35 questions of which you must have answered at least 24 correctly.
