Prerequisites and Study Load
No special prior knowledge is required for this ITIL® 5 Foundation training. It helps if you already have some knowledge of automation and the provision of services.
In addition to the 2 days of classroom training, a time investment of between 16 and 20 hours should be factored in for exam preparation.

Topics and schedule of the training
You start with the core of digital product and service management. We lay a solid foundation in the key concepts and principles of ITIL 5.
Day 1 Foundation of value creation
On Day 1, you lay the foundation of ITIL 5 and digital product and service management. You learn what value means in a digital context and how joint value creation with customers and stakeholders takes center stage. Concepts such as outcomes, costs, and risks are made concrete and translated into practice.
In addition, you will gain insight into service relationships, customer journeys, and service quality. You will discover how these elements work together to contribute to delivering demonstrable value and how to apply this within your own organization.
Day 2 Integrated design and life cycle
This day focuses on coherence and structure. You will delve into the four dimensions of product and service management and learn how people, processes, technology, and partners influence each other.
Next, you will work with the ITIL product and service lifecycle: from discovery and design to build, deliver, and support. You will see how these steps together ensure agile, future-proof service delivery, with continuous improvement as an integral part of the working method.

Examen
The English-language ITIL5 Foundation MC exam lasts 60 minutes and has 40 questions.
You pass once you have answered 26 questions correctly.
