AgilePM® V3 Fasttrack training including Foundation and Practitioner exam voucher (English spoken)

No prior knowledge is required.
In addition to the four days of classroom training, an estimated 20 hours of self-study is recommended, including exam preparation.

During the four-day AgilePM v3 Fast Track training, you will follow a logically structured program that begins with the foundations of agile project management using the DSDM framework (Foundation level) and progresses to deeper application in complex, real-world project scenarios (Practitioner level).

The first two days focus on the core principles, roles, processes, products, and key techniques such as MoSCoW prioritization, timeboxing, and iterative delivery. Days three and four are dedicated to analyzing cases, applying AgilePM in challenging scenarios, and preparing for the scenario-based Practitioner exam. Throughout the course, theory and practice are continuously combined to ensure you understand the concepts and can apply them effectively in your work environment.

This training is designed for professionals who are already familiar with agile practices and wish to deepen their knowledge and skills. It is particularly relevant for project managers, team leads, business consultants, and other professionals involved in agile projects who want to apply AgilePM effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements.

By the end of the AgilePM v3 Fast Track training, you will have a thorough understanding of the key principles, roles, and processes of AgilePM and the DSDM framework. You will be able to initiate, plan, execute, and control agile projects effectively. You will know how to apply the framework in both predictable and complex environments, and make well-informed decisions based on priorities, risks, and stakeholder interests. Additionally, you will be fully prepared to successfully complete both the Foundation and Practitioner certification exams.

• If you meet the set requirements, Lagant will order a new exam voucher.
• Extra guidance: if you do not succeed after the first attempt, you will receive one hour of free guidance from a Lagant trainer to answer any questions you may have. Please contact [email protected].
• Technique: Lagant is not responsible for the technique or technical failure of the exam environment and / or a bad internet connection when candidates take a remote exam. If the exam could not be completed for technical reasons, this is not covered by the exam guarantee.
• Period of validity: condition is that you take your exam within two weeks of the last practice in the ExamTrainer® of your Lagant Self-study.

What should you do if you failed the exam?
Make a print screen of the exam result. Mail this to [email protected], (telephone number 0413 – 22 41 06). The planning department will inform you as a participant as soon as possible whether you meet the conditions and will send you the new exam voucher.

The AgilePM v3 Foundation exam is in English, closed-book, and lasts 40 minutes. It consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, with a pass mark of 60% (30 correct answers).

The AgilePM v3 Practitioner exam is in English, open-book, and lasts 2.5 hours. It is scenario-based and consists of complex, context-driven questions that require insight and applied understanding. A minimum of 50% of the total marks is required to pass.
