During 3 days, his AgilePM Foundation training provides a solid foundation in agile project management based on the DSDM approach. In this AgilePM v3 Foundation training, you'll gain insight into the core principles, roles, phases, and deliverables of agile project management as outlined in the updated DSDM framework. You'll discover how to deliver business value rapidly and in a controlled manner, using integrated elements from Scrum, timeboxing, and iterative development.
Topics include MoSCoW prioritization, multi-level planning, effective collaboration, and facilitative leadership. You will work with key project documents such as the Business Case, Prioritized Requirements List (PRL), and Timebox Plan, and learn how to maintain control over your projects without compromising agility.

This training is intended for anyone involved in agile projects—from project managers and team leads to business professionals—who wants to learn how to manage agile projects effectively using the AgilePM approach. Whether you're new to agile or already have some experience, this course equips you with the tools and knowledge to confidently contribute to successful agile projects.

You'll be able to structure the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to benefits realization—and recognize key management products such as the Business Case, Timebox Plan, and Deployment Plan. You'll understand the responsibilities of various roles and know how to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders such as the Project Manager, Business Ambassador, and Scrum Master.
You will be well-prepared for the official AgilePM v3 Foundation exam and lay a strong foundation for further certification at Practitioner level. This makes you a valuable asset to agile teams and organizations looking to combine agility with control and structure.
The Exam
The exam is in English, closed-book, and lasts 40 minutes. It consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. To pass, you must answer at least 30 questions correctly (60%).
