During 2 days, this AgilePM Practitioner training builds on the knowledge gained at Foundation level and deepens your expertise in agile project management based on the DSDM approach. You will learn how to apply AgilePM principles and practices in more complex, real-world project environments—with a focus on effective delivery, maintaining control, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Prerequisites and Study Load
To attend this training, the AgilePM v3 Foundation certificate is required.

During the AgilePM v3 Practitioner training, you will explore how to apply the DSDM principles across the entire project lifecycle. You will learn how to use AgilePM in a structured yet flexible way to lead and manage agile projects, even in dynamic and changing environments.
Key topics include:
- Analyzing and applying MoSCoW prioritization in complex contexts
- Developing and using key management products such as the Business Case, Prioritized Requirements List (PRL), and Timebox Plans
- Leading teams through facilitative leadership and effective collaboration
- Integrating AgilePM with existing governance models and frameworks
- Making informed decisions in response to shifting priorities, risks, and timelines
Throughout the course, you will work with realistic case studies, exam-focused scenarios, and interactive exercises to reinforce your learning and prepare for both the exam and practical application.

The Exam
The Practitioner exam is in English, open-book, and scenario-based. It lasts 2.5 hours and consists of complex, contextual questions that require insight and applied knowledge. A minimum score of 50% is required to pass.
