The classroom training lasts 2 days and combines theory with reflection and interactive assignments.
Successful projects revolve around collaboration, structure and results-oriented leadership.
Rijkswaterstaat's IPM approach brings these elements together in one clear project structure.
In this practical one-day training, you will learn how to apply this method to gain more control, clarity and predictability in your projects.
At Lagant we believe that learning is only truly effective if you can translate it directly into practice.
That's why we combine theory with interactive exercises, realistic cases and group assignments in which you experience for yourself how the five IPM roles work together towards one goal.
You will discover what integrated working means and how the model helps to clearly organize roles, responsibilities and decision-making.
You will learn about the five core roles – Project Manager, Technical Manager, Contract Manager, Environmental Manager and Project Control Manager – and understand how they complement and reinforce each other.
We demonstrate how the IPM structure ensures balance between content, environment, contracts, risks and quality.
This allows you to better manage projects and optimize collaboration between internal and external partners.
After completing this training, you can immediately apply the IPM approach within your own organization or project.
You understand how integrated management leads to greater transparency and predictable results, and how you can increase the effectiveness of your project team with clear roles and processes.
