IPMA training at Lagant: the 'flipped classroom' method

In many training courses, the teacher is the leader of the lesson, the focus of attention and the primary disseminator of information. The teacher shows his presentation, often in the form of PowerPoint slides, answers questions, lets the participants practice the theory and gives feedback.

Participants in the flipped classroom are more involved. They study the theory at home and during the lesson they work independently or in small groups on problems under the guidance of a change guide. It is a form of blended learning that is already widely used in higher education. The change guide is available to answer questions throughout the course.

Step 1: Fill in the details of the student (participant) below.

In the next step you check your order and you can enter your invoice and any company details at checkout.

This training can also be booked in-company!

Lagant provides in-company training throughout the country. Did you know that an in-company training can be interesting with as few as 4 participants?

Before the in-company training, we do an extensive intake. Together, we dive into the questions and examples that match your daily work. This way, you can be sure that you can immediately apply everything you learn in your work.
