IPMA C is the track suitable for project managers and project leaders with approximately three or more years of experience. During this IPMA C training, you study the theory at home by reading the text, watching videos, and practicing questions. You will be optimally prepared for each training day to practice what you have learned individually and in small groups. You will be challenged to come up with (creative) solutions for the given practical cases.

IPMA training at Lagant: the 'flipped classroom' method
In many training courses, the teacher is the leader of the lesson, the focus of attention and the primary disseminator of the information. The teacher shows his presentation, often in the form of Powerpoint slides, answers questions, lets the participants practice the theory and gives feedback.
Participants in the flipped classroom are more engaged. They study the theory at home, and during class, they work independently or in small groups on problems live, under the guidance of a change guide. It is a form of blended learning that is already widely used in higher education. The change guide is available for questions throughout the study program.

In addition to the 4 days of training (classroom or virtual), study preparation should take 8 hours and 24 hours for the exam.Method
As change guides, we really want to help participants to successfully carry out projects. We do not believe that you can achieve this by only covering theory in the training days. Our change guide, an experienced (IPMA) project manager, makes the connection between theory and practice and ensures that participants have ample opportunity to practice with IPMA during the classroom sessions. After all, you can also learn the theory from the accompanying book and the online self-study with questions and videos.

The training is suitable for project managers and project leaders with approximately three or more years of experience. Knowledge of a methodology such as PRINCE2 in advance is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you are not sure whether this training is suitable for you, please contact us. Result
After this training, the candidates have gained insight into IPMA and a solid knowledge of the IPMA Competences. You will also be better able to fulfill your role within the project successfully.
After this training course:

Examen
Your IPMA exam is requested by Lagant at IPMAcertificatie.
Exams take place every week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 13:00 PM to 16:00 PM (except holidays and public holidays).
The exam date will then be agreed with you.
