The blended PRINCE2® Fast track training ensures that you are able to learn the theory for the PRINCE4 Foundation exam as well as the theory and application skills for the Practitioner exam in 2 days. In the PRINCE2 Fasttrack training you work on the basis of examples and case studies on the application of the principles, processes, themes and tailoring, which together shape the methodology. You will take the theory at Foundation level through our popular Online Tutorial.

In addition to the 4 days of training (classroom or virtual), preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 30 and 50 hours.Programme
As change guides we really want to help participants further with the successful execution of projects. We do not believe that you can achieve this by just teaching theory in the training days. Our trainer, an experienced PRINCE2 project manager, makes the connection between theory and practice and ensures that the participants can practice ample time with PRINCE2 during the classroom sessions. After all, you can also learn the theory from the supplied book and through our unique ExamTrainer® that lets you practice with the questions you get on your exam.
Our blended PRINCE2 Fasttrack training is set up in such a way that you can get both your PRINCE4 Foundation certificate and your PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate in 2 days. The training starts with half a day of PRINCE2 Foundation theory. From day one you will have access to the PRINCE2 Foundation Self-study containing the ExamTrainer so that you can practice extensively with questions such as you can expect on your exam. The PRINCE2 Foundation exam will take place 2 weeks after the first session. The Practitioner part will start immediately after the exam. The Practitioner part will take 3 days with at least 1 week between each lesson to study the material. The Practitioner exam will take place approximately 2 weeks after the last training day.

Result
The PRINCE2 Fasttrack training is aimed at applying PRINCE2.
You will gain a clearer understanding of the relationships between the principles, themes and processes of the method. The training offers more tools for applying PRINCE2 in practice.
This training leads to:
- Deepened insight into project-based working and project management;
- Knowledge of the PRINCE2 methodology up to Practitioner level;
- Proficiency in applying PRINCE2;
- Possibly the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate and the PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate.

- In the e-learning, the Objectives, Activities and Retention components are set to 100%.
- You take the exam within 2 weeks after the last time you practice in the ExamTrainer®/memotrainer.
E-Learning
Are you only following e-learning? Then the exam guarantee applies if you:- You have ordered and completed the self-study including 3 hours of personal teacher guidance;
- You have completed the full e-learning, including:
- All practice exams;
- Minimum 75 questions in the memory trainer, with an average score of at least 80%;
- In the e-learning, the Objectives, Activities and Retention components are set to 100%.
- You take the exam within 2 weeks after the last time you practice in the ExamTrainer®/memotrainer.
What do you get with exam guarantee?
- A free second exam voucher if you do not pass the first time (maximum one per candidate);
