This training provides a thorough introduction to project management according to the updated PRINCE2 approach, where you will learn how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects in an organized and structured manner, aimed at achieving the desired project results within the specified time. and budget.

Target audience
Whether you are a project employee, project leader or (prospective) project manager, the PRINCE2 Foundation training is intended for anyone who wants to learn more about the PRINCE2 method or project management.
Specific experience as a project manager is not necessary. Although it is nice for you if you have basic knowledge in the field of project-based working and can handle an HBO work and thinking level.
Result
After this training, the candidates have gained insight into the PRINCE2 method and a solid knowledge of the PRINCE2 components. You will also be better able to fulfill your role within the (PRINCE2) project successfully.

- You have completed the full e-learning, including:
- All practice exams;
- Minimum 75 questions in the memory trainer, with an average score of at least 80%;
- In the e-learning, the Objectives, Activities and Retention components are set to 100%.
- You take the exam within 2 weeks after the last time you practice in the ExamTrainer®/memotrainer.
