We provide this experience training in accordance with scrum form. This means that the participants determine the workshop content together with the trainer. We create a training backlog with topics to be covered and prioritize these several times during the training. Furthermore, we divide each training day into four sprints for which we agree on a sprint goal to be achieved.
These topics include:
- The role of Scrum Master and how it interacts with the other Scrum roles and the organization;
- Creating transparency by applying visual management;
- The Sprint Retrospective Meeting as a basis for improving the working method;
- Improve teamwork and togetherness;
- Team learning as a basis for continuous experimentation, learning and improvement;
- Trying out various working methods with which you can put the team to work independently;
- Practical situations and examples;
- Exam preparation for the PSM II® exam from Scrum.org®.

For this training we recommend HBO work and thinking level
You have at least 1 year of experience with Scrum,
You are in possession of a PSM-1 certificate
In addition to the 2 days of training (classroom or virtual), preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 12 and 18 hours.ExamTrainer®
You get access to our online PSM II® ExamTrainer®. Here you practice mock exam questions and prepare optimally for the exam. This allows us to spend more time in the classroom on experiential exercises and specific questions from the group.
