The AgilePM v3 Fasttrack is an intensive four-day training that trains you to become a certified AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner in one go. You will develop in-depth knowledge of agile project management based on the DSDM framework and learn how to apply this effectively in both stable and complex project environments. This training combines theoretical foundation with practical application, so that after completion you can immediately deliver value in agile projects with grip, structure and flexibility.
Our experienced and accredited trainers will guide you in interactive classroom sessions with varied working methods: theory, group assignments, realistic scenarios and exam-oriented practice questions. You will not only learn what AgilePM entails, but especially how to apply it in your practice.

In addition to the 4 days of classroom training, the study load is approximately 20 hours, including preparation for the exams.Programme
During the four-day AgilePM v3 Fasttrack training, you will first go through the fundamentals of agile project management according to the DSDM framework (Foundation level) in a logically structured program, followed by deepening and application in realistic and complex project scenarios (Practitioner level). The first two days are dedicated to the basic principles, roles, processes, products and techniques such as MoSCoW prioritization, timeboxing and iterative delivery.
Days three and four focus on analyzing cases, applying AgilePM in challenging situations, and preparing for the scenario-based Practitioner exam. Theory and practice are continuously alternated, so that you not only understand the material, but also learn to apply it in your own work environment.
Target audience
This training is intended for professionals who are already familiar with agile working and want to take their knowledge to a higher level. Think of project managers, team leaders, business consultants and other people involved in agile projects who want to learn how to apply AgilePM in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements.
Result
After completing the AgilePM v3 Fast Track training, you will understand the core principles, roles and processes of AgilePM and the DSDM framework. You will be able to set up, plan, execute and manage agile projects effectively. You will be able to apply the framework in both predictable and complex project environments and will learn to make informed choices independently based on priorities, risks and stakeholder interests. In addition, you will be well prepared to pass both the Foundation and Practitioner exams.
Examinations
The AgilePM v3 foundation exam is an English-language, closed-book exam lasting 40 minutes and consisting of multiple-choice questions.
You answer 50 questions and need at least 30 correct answers (60%) to pass.The English Practitioner exam is a 2,5 hour open book, scenario based exam. You will answer complex, contextual questions that require insight and application. To pass you need to achieve a minimum of 50%.
