This 2-day Agile PM Practitioner training builds on the Foundation knowledge and deepens your expertise in agile project management according to the DSDM approach. You will learn how to apply the principles and methods of AgilePM in more complex, realistic project situations – with a focus on effective delivery, control of progress and managing stakeholder expectations.
As change guides, we believe that you only become truly skilled by doing. That is why we combine theory with practical applications. Our trainer – an experienced Agile Project Manager – actively lets you practice with scenarios that are representative of practice. This way, you not only learn what to do, but also how to apply it effectively in challenging project environments.

Prior knowledge and study load
The AgilePM v3 Foundation certificate is required for this training.
In addition to the 2 days of classroom training, the study load is approximately 12 hours, including preparation for the exam.Programme
During this 2-day AgilePM v3 Practitioner training you will deepen your knowledge of applying DSDM principles within the entire project lifecycle. You will learn how to structurally use AgilePM to lead, direct and adjust agile projects, even under changing circumstances.
Topics include:
- Analyzing and applying MoSCoW prioritization in complex environments
- Drafting and using management products such as the Business Case, PRL, and Timebox Plans
- Managing teams with facilitating leadership and effective collaboration
- Combining AgilePM with existing frameworks or governance structures
- Making balanced choices in the face of changing needs, risks and schedules
- You will work with cases, exam-oriented scenarios and interactive assignments that prepare you for both the exam and practice.
Target audience
This training is intended for professionals who are already familiar with agile working and want to take their knowledge to a higher level. Think of project managers, team leaders, business consultants and other people involved in agile projects who want to learn how to apply AgilePM in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements.

The English Practitioner exam is a 2,5 hour open book, scenario based exam. You will answer complex, contextual questions that require insight and application. To pass you need to achieve a minimum of 50%.
