You are in possession of a valid Change Management Foundation certificate.Target audience
This training is intended for experienced Change managers who want to optimize their approaches and assess their effectiveness. Suitable for participants at initiative level (project, program or business change) and organizational level (professionalization of the organization).

Theory exam
Including the 2 training days, the total study load is approximately 50 hours.
The English Change Management Foundation practitioner open book exam is based on a case study and lasts 2,5 hours with 4 questions of 20 points each.
If the candidate scores 40 points or more correctly, the candidate passes.
