MSP is the most widely used program management method and is set up on the basis of proven best practices. During this MSP Foundation training you will learn to prepare, execute and close programs in a controlled manner. You will learn the basic knowledge of concepts, processes and themes of MSP. Theory, but certainly also application in practice is discussed. This will give you a basic baggage that you can use when setting up and structuring your program.

Prior knowledge and study load
No special prior knowledge is required for this MSP Foundation training, but we recommend HBO work and thinking level. It helps if you already have some knowledge of project management and/or PRINCE2.
In addition to the 2 days of training (classroom or virtual), preparation for the exam requires a time investment of between 12 and 20 hours.Target audience
Whether you work in a program or are a (future) program manager, the MSP Foundation training is intended for anyone who wants to learn more about the MSP method or program management.
Specific experience as a program manager is not necessary. Although it is nice for you if you have basic knowledge in the field of project management and can handle a higher vocational education level of work and thinking.
Result
After this training, the candidates will have insight into the MSP method and a solid knowledge of the MSP components. You will also be better able to fulfill your role within the program successfully.

Classroom training
To qualify for exam guarantee for classroom training:- You attended all meetings
- You have completed the full e-learning (= teaching material), including:
- All practice exams;
- Minimum 75 questions in the memory trainer, with an average score of at least 80%;
- In the e-learning, the Objectives, Activities and Retention components are set to 100%.
- You take the exam within 2 weeks after the last time you practice in the ExamTrainer®/memotrainer.
E-Learning
Are you only following e-learning? Then the exam guarantee applies if you:- You have ordered and completed the self-study including 3 hours of personal teacher guidance;
- You have completed the full e-learning, including:
- All practice exams;
- Minimum 75 questions in the memory trainer, with an average score of at least 80%;
- In the e-learning, the Objectives, Activities and Retention components are set to 100%.
- You take the exam within 2 weeks after the last time you practice in the ExamTrainer®/memotrainer.
What do you get with exam guarantee?
- A free second exam voucher if you do not pass the first time (maximum one per candidate);
- 1 hour of extra personal guidance by a trainer to optimally prepare you for your re-exam (maximum one per candidate).
