Our Agile Project Management training is interactive with experiential exercises!
As a professional enthusiast and trainer, I find it cool to discuss practical examples with the participants. And then also to be able to link theory to practice. Agile Project Management (Foundation combined with Practitioner) is such a training where my passion for the profession is expressed. The participants themselves come up with great examples from their own work environment, which we then discuss from different perspectives.
How is the practical exercise, the petting zoo?
The participants are instructed to tackle the case as an agile project manager. They discuss the agile approach with the client. The stakeholders in the project are assigned different project roles. After that, the participants actually enter the foundation phase and the feasibility phase to obtain approval from the project board.
How do the participants practice the techniques?
In the meantime, the participants practice the principles of Agile working. They practice the mindset to create a real minimum usable subset, with the simplest possible solutions and to deliver value as quickly as possible. By prioritising, timeboxing and estimating it themselves, they lay the foundation for applying these techniques in their own working environment.
Collaborate better and get more focus!
Lagant aims to inspire its students to learn and apply it themselves. By letting participants experience exercises, participants increase their ability to apply them themselves. They can directly put what they have learned into practice. Do you want to do experiential exercises yourself? Or do you want to learn more about Agile project management?
