This training is given in class at a beautiful location, by an experienced trainer and will take 4 days.

A brief summary of our IPMA PMO, C & D training

The training uses the book 'IPMA Compact' by Rob Janssen Duyghuysen. This IPMA theory summary is the ideal aid in preparation for the classroom training sessions and the theory exam.

Exam trainer

In addition, the training is supported by our online ExamTrainer in which all relevant topics are covered. Through the combination of online theory training and classroom practice application, this training goes deeper and broader into the application of the methodology than comparable training courses.

In practice

With the online ExamTrainer you are able to determine the depth of the study yourself. You will reach a level of knowledge that goes further and deeper than necessary for the Exam. This ensures that you will also be well prepared for the practice.

Result

After this training you will have gained insight into the NCB-4 competencies and how you can use those competences in realizing project objectives. You can look at projects in a more process-oriented way. And you are also well prepared for the IPMA theory exam.
