Specialist: Henk Venema speaking

Henk Venema, program manager at ING Wholesale and Agile transition lead, presented the ING case. He explains why ING opted for this agile approach. Why is agility necessary? And how can strategic goals be achieved through a programmatic approach? Then handles are discussed. How do you do that? Which scenarios can be defined for this?

ING as a practical example

ING Netherlands is considered to be one of the first large companies to change the organization on a large scale and to work in an agile way. The agile way of working is often started from IT departments. But how do you ensure that other departments also become more agile in order to respond effectively to the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world?

The purpose of the evening; share experiences

The purpose of this evening is to share knowledge and experiences with experienced fellow program managers from various organizations. The ING case is a source of inspiration. The evening is interactive.
