Training for Praxis always includes the three levels of change initiatives (portfolio, program and project), the knowledge areas, the competencies and the maturity model. Praxis is particularly interesting for organizations that seek improvement at all levels of change initiatives, without having to go through a laborious process to implement various methodologies and to harmonize them seamlessly. Many organizations will have already implemented methods such as PRINCE2 and MSP in the past. These efforts also retain their value when the organization subsequently integrally switches to Praxis.

Praxis is for everyone involved in change initiatives such as portfolios, programs and projects, whether from an administrative, managerial, support or quality monitoring role.
Praxis is a free framework for managing projects, programs and portfolios. It includes the elements knowledge, method, competences, maturity and the library. The library is a kind of Wikipedia for portfolio, program and project management. All elements in the library are derived from the APM Body of Knowledge. Praxis works seamlessly with existing methodologies such as DSDM, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP and various Agile methods, but also has a basic process model that can replace these integrally.
Our idea about this
We see many application areas for Praxis in the Netherlands. Not least because it is freely available. It provides a uniform framework (and language) for all change initiatives within an organization. It can be implemented independently, but can also coexist with various other methodologies. It can help organizations that struggle with combinations of 'classic' management forms (such as PRINCE2) and Agile working methods by creating one uniform framework in which both coexist.
This makes it possible to determine per project and program whether it benefits from a more structured or more Agile approach, or a combination of both. Praxis can contribute to a better quality of portfolio, program and project management, as well as significant savings in employee training and certification.
We offer Praxis on the possibilities for certification at Foundation (= knowledge) and Practitioner (= application) level, with various 'bridging' courses for participants who are already certified for, for example, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP or Agile methodologies. Bridging courses are often shorter because they build on existing knowledge.
Practice Foundation
Praxis Foundation provides you with a good understanding of portfolio, programme and project (P3) functions – as well as the processes and documentation used to manage the lifecycle phases. The Foundation programme enables you to work effectively as part of a project or programme management team. It is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification. During the training, the method is explained step by step and you are invited to think about its applicability in your own organisation. Both aspects ensure that a good basis is laid for the exam.
Praxis Practitioner
Praxis Practitioner builds on the understanding developed at Foundation level and provides you with the knowledge to apply Praxis to your organisation's projects or programmes. This training provides tools for applying the framework in practice. Both aspects ensure that a good foundation is laid for the exam.
