In recent years I have noticed that successful and productive people share a number of common skills. Curious what these are?

1. They set clear goals and create focus. They have an eye for 'the big picture' by being clear about their mission and vision. They then divide their goals into more concrete sub-projects and activities. 🎯

2. They don't get distracted. Because they know well what they say 'yes' to, they can more easily say 'no' to disruptors. 🕐

3. They manage their energy. They make sure their batteries are charged. They make time for relaxation and don't waste energy complaining about things beyond their control. ⚡

4. They make time to organize themselves and their work. They provide a tidy and well-organized (digital) workplace. They also organize their time by scheduling activities. 📝

5. They put themselves first. You can't expect others to respect your time and energy if you don't do it yourself. That is not selfishness, but self-respect and self-love. Besides... you can only take good care of others when you have something beautiful to give

Certainly not! They also had to learn these skills at some point. With trial and error. Until it eventually got easier and easier
